About 1 1/2 hours ago I received a push notification that there is a severe weather alert in this area.

I was talking to my wife at the time so I covered the phone number....best I could.. here is a screen shot...

I have the RAZR maxx HD. And the issue I'm having is when people message me from their computer whether it be to my phone itself or to my yahoo messenger. I rarely receive their messages but the get all mine. At first I thought they were joking but after sitting right next to my girlfriend and sending messages its true I get maybe 5% of the messages she sends me but she got all of mine.
