Do you mean the word icons at the very bottom...those are Birdmans white icons and above that is a widget, executive assistant...

Advanced Clock Widget Pro...it is very customizable and there are several options to choose from...

Here is my RAZR screen. Still tweaking it...



If I click the center of the screen it launches the app drawer but most of the apps I use are all in the links on the home screen. When I click on those it opens that folder. I am using Desktop Visualizer along with Apps Organizer to do that.
