Well small update... i broke down and went to the verizon store (i only pulled out a few hairs while there) and after me explaining everything and letting him know id factory reset yesterday he took the phone opened a few apps asked gps where mcdonalds was factory reset it again pulled up maps tried navigation and looks at me with a confused face and states he cant get it to connect. Well i refrained from saying DUH very loudly and now i have another replacemant being overnighted to me. I guess tomorrow we shall see if #3 will be the winner or not lol

Thanks for the update. Don't feel to bad, every 1st and sometimes 2nd Android phone I've owned to date has been replaced under warranty.
This includes my Razr Maxx HD. My 1st had a defective microphone, my 2nd the one I have right now is golden.

That's great news! Thanks for the update. GPS is actually really simple its on or off. If its not working its usually going to be a hardware issue.
