Needing to fastbbot with no screen.

Texts are located in /data/data/com.android.providers.telephony/databases/mmssms.db

could try:
adb root (not sure if this is needed on windows, but wont hurt anything.)
adb pull /data/data/com.android.providers.telephony/databases/mmssms.db >location on your computer<

Phone logs im not sure but should be in the same directory. Maybe telephony.db instead of mmssms.db

Phone should be on normally. adb doesn't like fastboot mode.

Are you opening the command prompt in the same folder as adb? And did you set it up correctly?
