What does this do:
1) Removes the navigation bar at the bottom of the screen. a) No SystemUI.apk force close. So the notification bar still works on stock based ROMs
b) If menu is built into app, it still shows up.
2) Allows screen rotation in all directions
Directions:
1) Download, install and setup LMT Launcher. Don't for get to turn on Autostart! You can also use some options available in the Play Store.
2) Download the appropriate APK for the ROM you are using.
3) Using an app that allows you to acess system files (such as ROM Tool Box, Root Browser or Root Explorer), move the apk to System -> Framework
4) Set permissions on the apk. (see screen shot, that is how you what them to be) Screenshot_2013-02-06-09-03-23[2].jpg
5) rename apk framework-res.apk
6) When it asks you if you want to replace existing framework-res.apk, select yes.
7) Reboot
8) Enjoy!

noname81 for the awesome navigation replacement.
serraxer for sharing how to remove navigation bar without SystemUI.apk FC Original Post
If you would like to do this your self, see serraxer's OP. It is not a tutorial, but I will be making on in the next week or so.
UPDATE: 03/04/2013
There are a couple reported bugs.
1) Not able to upload video in the YouTube app. I have yet to test this. I would love to hear if others are having this issue.
2) Occasionally when using the menu button built in the app, it flashes on and off FAST. I have experenced this in one of my apps as well. Using the app button in LMT will bring up the menu.
Sorry it is taking me so long to address these items. I am a mom of 3 young children and they do come first.
